Director of the Digital Transformation Institute, a graduate of the American MIT Digital Transformation Program, Kellogg, and IMD programs on corporate governance and effective Supervisory Boards.

Nadiia holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master of International Law, completed postgraduate studies in marketing at the British CIM, and obtained an EMBA. 

She is a member of commercial and state Supervisory Boards of Ukrainian and foreign companies, including a member of the Supervisory Board of Prozorro.Sale, where she chairs the Strategic Committee.

She was the CEO of Microsoft Ukraine and Amway Ukraine and held senior positions at Ukroboronprom and Kyivstar.
