Independent member of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Prozorro.Sale", heads the Audit and Finance Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. 

In the past, he was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of Renaissance Credit Ukraine Bank and a member of the Board of the European Business Association. 

Until March 2019, he was responsible for Visa Inc.'s business in 17 Southeast European, CIS, and Central Asian countries.

Before joining Visa, Dmytro worked as Chairman of the Board of Kredobank, a subsidiary of PKO Bank Polski Group, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the First Ukrainian International Bank, Director of Retail Network Development, and Director of Strategy and Projects at Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
 

Before returning to Ukraine in 2006, Dmytro worked for five years at Duke Energy, the largest American energy company, in North Carolina, Texas, and Alberta, Canada. In particular, Dmytro was responsible for attracting investors to North and South Carolina states, where Duke Energy's electricity distribution business is concentrated. Dmytro worked for Mercer Management Consulting (Oliver Wyman) in the United States in the Chicago office.

In 2001, Dmitry graduated from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, with an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management.
