USAID / UK aid project "Transparency and accountability in public administration and services / TAPA
The project is financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the government of Great Britain through UK aid. Together with the Ukrainian government, local authorities and citizens, it works on improving the public procurement system, electronic services, and access to open data to reduce corruption. The project is implemented by the Eurasia Foundation in partnership with the state authorities of Ukraine and in cooperation with Ukrainian and international organizations.
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
EBRD provides assistance in the development of entrepreneurial activities. Thanks to financial investments, business services, and participation in the discussion of policy issues at a high level, they provide excellent opportunities to promote the development of the economy and change people's lives. Prozorrro.Sales project receives support from the multi-brand account of EBRD donors: for sustainable development and stabilization in the Czech Republic and Ukraine (financed by Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union).
MATRA program
Launched in 1993, is an initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands aimed at supporting democratic transformation in the countries of Eastern Europe, and Ukraine in particular. The main goal of the program is to promote the creation of pluralistic, democratic, and constitutional societies. This is achieved by supporting various projects that deal with important issues such as strengthening civil society, democracy, and the rule of law.
Expert Deployment for Governance and Economic Growth (EDGE) project
Helps Ukraine move towards a democratic and successful society by promoting citizen-centered democracy and promoting sustainable economic growth. EDGE responds to the critical needs of the Ukrainian government at the national and regional level in planning, implementing and communicating governance and economic development reforms. EDGE is funded by Global Affairs Canada and implemented by Agriteam Canada Consulting Ltd.
Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF)
A regional direct investment fund established with funding from the US government via USAID. Since 2015, it has been implementing a technical assistance program in Ukraine and Moldova, the main elements of which are export promotion, local economic development, social investment and economic leadership.
USAID Energy Security Project (ESP)
Implemented by USAID and aims to provide citizens of Ukraine with affordable, reliable, stable and safe energy. The project works to ensure Ukraine's energy security by creating competitive energy markets in the field of electricity, natural gas and district heating. The USAID Energy Security Project (ESP) also provides assistance in the development of renewable energy sources, capacity building of energy sector organizations and institutions, and the market regulator to implement relevant changes.
USAID "Competitive Economy of Ukraine" (CEP) program
Promotes the development of a strong, diversified, and open economy of Ukraine by improving the business environment for small and medium-sized enterprises, increasing the competitiveness of perspective sectors of the economy, and providing opportunities for Ukrainian companies to take advantage of international trade.
Kyiv School of Economics (KSE)

European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) for Ukraine
The largest program of technical assistance to Ukraine from the EU in the field of combating corruption. EUACI is funded by the EU and co-financed and implemented by the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA). The mission of the Anti-Corruption Initiative is to reduce the level of corruption in the state to promote the democratic and economic development of Ukraine. The program consists of three components: interaction with the newly created anti-corruption bodies of the state; cooperation with the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on Prevention and Combating Corruption; strengthening the capacity of local self-government bodies and assisting the mass media and civil society in anti-corruption processes.
Project «Effective Management of State Finances»
The project "Effective management of public finances" is implemented by the federal agency Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Governments of Germany and Great Britain. GIZ supports the German government in achieving its goals in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. The priority areas of cooperation between Germany and Ukraine are: effective state governance, energy efficiency, and sustainable economic development. In addition, German cooperation covers the prevention of HIV/AIDS, as well as overcoming the crisis situation in the east of the country. At the same time, special attention is paid to the support of Ukrainian communities that hosted internally displaced persons.
