How does the system work?

Prozorro.Sale is a 2-level system. What does this mean?

  1. State-owned Prozorro.Sale administrates the system
  2. Dozens of private marketplaces connected to the system are responsible for direct interaction with sellers and buyers
  3. Sellers add new lots to the system via any marketplace, and it automatically becomes available on all other marketplaces
  4. Buyers may choose any marketplace to register for an auction, as information about lots is identical across all marketplaces.
